General Purpose of the Job:

As the Fleet Manager, you are responsible for setting up and coordinating the fleet sales strategy on the Polish market. You will establish and maintain the network of local dealers and dealer groups, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage sales network to achieve the fleet sales target.
  • Creating a long- and short-term fleet sales strategy on the Polish market.
  • Meet with strategic account customers to negotiate and close major deals;
  • Preparing and implementing sales programs for strategic and retail fleet customers through analysis of the market and competition activities.
  • Creating a discount policy - preparing individual conditions for strategic fleet customers and general (framework) conditions for retail fleet customers, offers in the field of after-sales service and mobility.
  • Promotional, PR, event, advertising and marketing activities for fleet sales.
  • Development and control of the implementation of the fleet sales budget in terms of the margin obtained, tactical budget and discounts as well as Manufacturer's support.
  • Developing and implementing fleet sales plans by agreeing on overall sales plans, split by models, fleet customer groups and months.
  • Cooperation with leasing and Rent a Car companies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Has a relevant network in the fleet sales market, and also in the purchasing depts of leasing companies.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
  • Experienced as Fleet Manager within an OEM automotive industry, minimum of 5 years.
  • Willing to travel on a frequent basis within Poland.
  • English proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, affinity with numbers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skill.
  • Strong focus on building fast - be creative with restricted budgets and high performance.
  • High level of flexibility and understanding of multicultural work environment.
